If your son or daughter is planning on attending the Washington DC trip in 2011 with the band - Payments should now be sent. You can also sign up to pay on line using a credit card at www.educationaltours.com . Information was sent home regarding this. Please call me with any questions regarding the trip or the payments. Payments are handled directly with Educational Tours - not Ross band or Ross Band Boosters. There was a deadline of Nov. 1st but that has been extended. We had to wait for our Ross Board of Education to approve our trip before finalizing payments. The trip is now Ross Board of Education approved so everything is in order to begin payments. Thank you Mr. Roemer

The Ross High School band has qualified for the 26th consecutive year for the OMEA State Marching Band Finals! This qualification is the result of much hard work and dedication on everyone's part - students, parents, and directors. Thanks to all the pit crew and chaperons for helping to get us this far. I have attached a link regarding State - videos, schedules, t-shirts, directions and a link to print off the order form for the video. http://www.davidsonbands.org/omea_main.html Video Order Form
Mr. Roemer sent home a packet of info from our tour company in regard to the Washington DC trip. The payments are made directly to the company and not to Ross. Payments can be mailed to the company or can be paid online using a credit card. This is all explained in the letter I sent home. Earned fundraiser dollars will be applied towards the last few payments that are due. Some of you have fundraiser dollars from the fudge sale last year, the fall frozen food sale this year, and will earn more dollars at the fudge sale this year. Please note the deposit of $150.00 is due on Nov. 1.

It is time for the Ross Band Boosters' annual membership drive. Ross Local School District has an outstanding instrumental music program. This is possible because of the efforts and support of our Band Boosters. Any parent or community member is eligible and encouraged to join. Meetings are generally held the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm in the Ross High School Band room located at the rear of the building, door number 6. All Band Booster members are welcome to attend but is not a requirement. The Ross Band Boosters provide support for the instrumental music programs at Morgan Elementary, Ross Middle School, and Ross High School by purchasing uniforms, instruments, special musical equipment, and band and flag awards are just some of the ways this organization supports these programs through this fundraiser. As a show of appreciation, Booster members are listed in the concert programs and on this website (Membership page).
