A Note from the Director

The Ross Band members have the opportunity to hear the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra perform a concert. Also featured at this concert will be the Cincinnati Symphony Youth Orchestra in which Ross's own-David Grenier will perform. The district has given approval for us to take this field trip as a band to hear and see a professional symphony orchestra perform and to support their fellow bandsman. We will use school buses for transportation. Cost for this field trip is $4.00. We will stop to eat lunch at a restaurant so lunch money is needed. Parents are welcome to attend as chaperones at the same cost as the students. Please send your money to Mr. Roemer by Friday March 19th so we can plan our total number. Students will be missing school on the day of this concert, so only students with a grade of "C" or higher in their classes that day will be permitted to attend. Money will not be refunded.

I think this is a great opportunity for the band. I hope everyone will attend.
