We’re selling Krispy Kreme Donuts again! They will be for sale after the third quarter of the Homecoming game. You can also print and submit a pre-sale order form in order to pre-order your donuts! Band Night Tailgate Party Donations Needed!

September 24 is Senior and Band night at the football game.  This is when the 7th and 8th grade band students are invited to march pregame with the high school students.  The senior band members are also honored at halftime on this night.  Before the game we have a traditional "Tailgate Party" on the lawn outside the band room at the high school.  We need a lot of donations to make this work and show the junior high students how much fun band can be!  Please click below to sign up for donations--any and all are welcome!  All items need to be at the high school no later than 4:30 on September 24.  Anything nonperishable can be sent to the band room the week before.  For any questions or if you need to make other arrangements for donations, please contact Helen Armstrong 513-256-1658.

Krispy Kreme Donut Sale!!

Hello Band Families! We will be selling Krispy Kreme Donuts at the football game next Friday. We will be selling the original glazed donuts for $10/dozen, after third quarter, outside the main gates. We will also be taking pre-orders for anyone who would want to get some orders ahead of time. Please use the attached form (click Krispy Kreme logo below) and return it with the money NO LATER THAN Thursday, September 9. Pick up will be Friday, September 10. You can pick them up after 5:30 and until the end of the football game at either the band room or outside the football field. You do not need to attend the game to pick up orders. Band Hospitality Snack Sign Up - Home Games→

Every home game we provide snacks for our band members and visiting teams during the 3rd quarter. We need parents to donate 1-3 dozen of the same snacks for 1-2 games based on grade level. Donations requests are rotated by class. Detailed snack requests are below to help make sure we get enough snacks and variety.  This list may change as we get confirmation from visiting bands on numbers and planned attendance.

We have some kids with food allergies so please review the suggested snack types - NO SNACKS CONTAINING NUTS OR COCONUTS.

Items can be sent in anytime the week before the game - any fruit, please bring in day of game.

Booster Meeting—Monday, August 30, 2021!

The first Booster Meeting for the 2021-2022 school year will be August 30, 2021, in the Ross High School Band Room. The Band Boosters typically have meetings on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm. For our first meeting of the year we have decided to move it up a week. There’s a conflict on Tuesday the 31st so we will meet Monday, August 30, at 6:30 instead of September 7. Please become a Band Booster and please come to the meetings to find out how you can help the band.

Fudge Sale

We will be taking fudge orders a little differently this year. We will be doing one sale per month in the months of February, March and April. Please only send your totals needed. The February deadline for orders is Saturday, February 20. The February pick up day will be Thursday, February 25, 2-6pm, at the band room. All money is due when you pick up your fudge. We will be offering chocolate, peanut butter, and mixed chocolate/peanut butter again this year. They continue to be sold for $5/pound. Holiday Band Concert Tonight (Thursday 12/17) !

Just a reminder, our holiday band concert is tonight in the RHS PAC. As you know, we have split the students into four bands to allow for safe social distancing while playing.

Please limit the size of your family group tonight so we can accommodate everyone’s family due to limited capacity in the PAC. If you plan to come to the performance, please wear a mask and bring a canned good to donate to our local food pantry!

You may also want to do some Christmas shopping while you're there! The Band Boosters will be selling fudge, band discount cards, and tumblers!

Listed below are the times each band will perform! Be sure to be on time and wait for the signal to enter the building!

6:30 - Band A and Jazz Band

7:00 - Band B and Jazz Band

7:30 - Band C and Jazz Band

8:00 - Band D and Jazz Band

8:30 - Senior and Friends Band, Jazz Band

Ross Band Savings Cards are now available! For just $10, you can earn discounts all year long! These make great stocking stuffers!

We have all local businesses represented including some new locations such as Mad Piper Bakery, Eli’s, Overtime, and Big Buls. Thanks to all of the businesses for supporting us! Shop local!

They will be available at the band concert this week, from the band directors at the HS or MS!
